- Eligibility: You may return unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or beyond the 15-day window.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate an online return, simply log your return request here, or log in to your account dashboard and click the return button in your order history. Our support team will then contact you to arrange the returns collection.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Return Conditions: For your item to be eligible for return collection, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Additionally, all returned items must be in their original packaging with all accompanying items.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your sheen account or original method of payment within 3 days.
- Refund Delays: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.
