FAQs

Our courses are suitable for children aged six and above. Please contact our consultants, and we will recommend suitable courses for your child.

Our instructors are highly trained and experienced in teaching STEM and elementary education. Detailed profiles of each instructor are available on the booking page.

We offer courses in different modes, including regular courses, holiday camps, and one-off workshops. Our holiday camps and once-off workshops usually last between five and seven hours per course, depending on the schedule. Regular courses typically last an hour per course. Please refer to our term schedule or contact us for more information.

For in-person group classes, our student-to-teacher ratio is 1 teacher to 6 to 8 students per class. We also offer one-to-one Video or in-person classes. Please contact us for more information.

Our courses are divided into different levels. Intro Class courses are suitable for children who don't have prior coding experience. 

Yes, you may attend a trial class before committing to the whole course. We provide a FREE SESSION to discover your child's interests. You will receive a comprehensive evaluation after the session. And our instructor will align objectives and expectations with you to ensure a fulfilling learning experience.

You may reschedule your class. Please give 24 hours' prior notice to our academy team via email, WhatsApp, or our Bookings system.

If there are any special reasons, such as sick leaves or urgent matters, please contact us in advance and provide proof. We can arrange a catch-up class for your child.

Once you confirm enrollment, our consultants will provide an installation guide. While most teaching aids are supplied by us, students may need to bring their own devices for in-person classes. If you require assistance in arranging a device, please inform us at your earliest convenience.

Yes, they can. We will conduct an assessment test and arrange a consultation with our team to ensure your child is placed in the most suitable course.
